My name is Hannah. I am 24 years old and am a health and fitness enthusiast. I live in Ottawa, Ontario. I am lucky to live in a city that has great yoga, dance studios, natural food stores and a trail by the canal to run on.

I am not a health and wellness professional but I will post my advice and links that I have found useful in my journey to become more fit and healthy. I have been a vegetarian for 3 years and I have never had more energy and felt better both physically and spiritually.

Oh, and I have tons of freckles! Hence the name of my blog. Live clean, live green and be aware of yourself and the space that you inhabit.

Enjoy reading!

  4. Thanks for liking my post! Also, thanks for the inspiration to keep up the workouts over the holidays. There are 2 times a year I have a hard time, now and when I am on vacation in the summer.

    • I totally agree! I am the worst at keeping up when I’m on vacation. The best I usually do is incorporating hikes. Or surfing if I happen to be near the ocean. Otherwise, it’s lazy city, population: me.
